Although my dog Elly had a good time with Alexandra, and enjoyed her company, I’m a little frustrated by her choosing to take Elly to the dog park because when Elly was with Alexandra the previous week, she developed a limp and eye infection under her care. We chalked this up to dogs being dogs and took care of the vet visit ourselves. Upon dropping her off for this stay, we gave Alexandra clear instructions on the medication needed for Elly's eye and the leg pain. We also advised that she would need to rest the leg, meaning shorter than normal walks and no play time at the park. When we picked her up, we were informed that Elly got long walks and tons of play time with dogs at the park. Normally, I would be thrilled, but given that Elly NEEDs rest and she was literally with Alexandra the week before, when the injury occurred, I would expect more foresight and thought to not take her to the park. Alexandra did give Elly her medication during the stay and Elly does seem to like staying with Alexandra. It's just upsetting that Elly has regressed with her limp.

Alexandra is extremely compassionate and loving. She cares a lot about what she does and is extremely responsive to anyone’s needs. She has a dog back in her hometown of LA and lives in an apartment but still makes sure her dog gets the proper attention, such as taking him for walks or to go to the bathroom, whenever the dog sees fit. I can assure you that your pets are safe with Alexandra as I’ve watched her care for pets of others as well as her own with attention and care.
