18 Years of Pet-Care Experience

Pet care experience

Alexandra is an avid animal lover with over 18 years of pet-care experience. She has worked and looked after an array of critters, from rabbits, hamsters, and cats, to horses and dogs. She has worked with pets of all ages, and has experience managing behaviours resulting from anxiety, separation-related distress, fear-aggression, post-traumatic stress, and hyperactivity. Alexandra lives in a maisonette-style house found in a safe, secluded neighbourhood. Her home includes a fenced yard with plenty of room for your pup to run and play. If your dog gets bored with her yard, rest assured there are plenty of parks within walking distance of her place.

Alexandra is an amazing person with great personality. Very very honest and caring. Luna melts when she sees her. I can’t thank her enough for looking after Luna when I’m away. Thank you Alexandra. Xx

Alexandra is a great sitter - first time I've used Rover.com and would highly recommend her. She is obviously a dog lover and I felt really happy leaving my 13 week old puppy in her care. Received messages and photos throughout the day and he had the chance to socialise with other dogs/puppies.

Leaving Arthur for the first time, Alexandra made sure he was looked after with love and cuddles. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and was a happy little boy when I came to collect him :-)

Alexandra uses a "homestyle approach" whenever pet sitting, meaning she adopts the rules and routines set by each pet-parent. For example, if a parent allows their furry friend on the furniture at home, she will allow them on the furniture when sitting. Alexandra has found this approach ensures regularity of routine and allows the animal to feel as comfortable as possible.
