Pet care experience
We are Alex and Matt a young (ish!) professional couple living in the suburbs of Liverpool. We have both had dogs in the family home since being children and had many relatives with dogs growing up. We have cared for our pets from being weeks old to their final days on this earth, making sure they were comfortable and safe at all stages of their life. We are an active couple who prioritise walking in our day to day life and would love to share this time with a dog that needs looking after! We are trustworthy and honest, making their care our priority. We will love and care for your dog however you require. We are empathetic, making sure their needs are met.

Alexandra and her partner looked after my 9yr old Staffie overnight. They were a very lovely couple and had a huge flat right by the park, which was perfect for my dog! They kept me updated throughout the stay and my dog seemed very happy and at home with them! Would def recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter.
Alex would be the perfect pet carer, she’s very responsible and loves dogs more than anyone I know. I can’t recommend her for this enough!
Alexandra is my daughter and has a great knowledge of dogs as she has had 2 dogs in the family home. She is caring and is aware of a dogs needs and signs for attention and will make an excellent sitter/walker.

Don’t be put off by us living in a flat - it’s a large house conversion that is spacious and plenty of rooms for them to explore - we also have wood and tiled floor meaning it’s easy to clean. We have a fenced garden, a park across the road. We do not have any other pets but there are other dogs in my building that are friendly. We have a utility room that can be used as a bedroom for the dog and am also able to allow the dog to sleep in the bedroom if needed.

Let us know if your dogs have any specific requirements ahead of time! We love small to medium sized friendly and affectionate dogs that won’t mind a snuggle on the sofa in an evening and that is well house trained.
A typical day
We can provide a range of activities for your dog to playing ball in our large garden to walks in the local park across the road, meeting other dogs and exploring all the smells and sights! We are also close to a woodland area, a dockland walk and the beach isn’t a far drive away so if your dog is comfortable in a car the world is their oyster with us!

Availability
We work from home on Mondays and Fridays and often have relaxing, active weekends at home and in my local area that a dog would slot right into. We live opposite a park which is the perfect location for peaceful dog walks, it is safe both in the morning and evening even when the days are dark. A dog would suit our lifestyle as we are a laid back, flexible individual who is able to adapt easily to others routines.
