I have known Alex for 5 years. In that time I have seen her not only care for her own pets, but also for the pets of friends and family. She always cares for them wonderfully. Alex is extremely hardworking and does everything she can to make sure pets are very well taken care of, and given lots of love!

Alexandra Neumann has been a dog sitter for my family and a number of our friends on various occasions. We have usually employed her to visit our dogs in their home setting. She has a true connection with animals and makes sure to arrange a visit ahead of time so that the dogs know her and recognize and trust her. She is punctual, dependable, and has a intuitive connection with what makes dogs and cats feel safe. Our dogs love Alex and when she is dog sitting, we are confident that our dogs will be well cared for both physically and emotionally. Occasionally, we have visiting dogs from other families and she is equally able to care for more than two dogs exceeding expectations by exercising them as well as attending to their basic needs. On one occasion, she took our two dogs home with her and kept them for weeks. During this time, our large golden Labrador became listless and in pain. She immediately called us and explained his behavior; even though it was a weekend, she found a vet and his problem was quickly fixed. We were so relieved and impressed that she prioritized our concern/his discomfort and paid for the exam knowing she would be reimbursed. She would always be my choice for dog sitting as she loves animals and knows how to care for them.
