LA and Pasadena Area Dog Sitting
Pet care experience
************I am only taking repeat clients at this time. No new dogs.************* Small, fully house-trained, completely non aggressive dogs ONLY. Thanks! I would love to pet sit for your small dog while you are away for work or out of town for the weekend or the holidays. I currently have a pug/ chihuahua mix, Honeymoon, in my home and have a lot of experience with adopted/rescue dogs, senior dogs, special needs dogs, pugs, and more. I grew up in a family with many animals and dogs- pugs and also German Short Haired Pointers (bird dogs!) as well. I prefer to book with small to medium sized dogs at this time because I have a small dog who is older and is at times fearful of large or very hyper dogs. I am a Virgo, video producer so highly detailed and communicative and can send lots of updates, photos and videos- I'm on top of things and you won't have to worry. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. I have my senior dog in the home.

Alexandra took great care of Triscuit. She sent tons of photos and updates. This was Triscuit’s first overnight and it was a great experience. I will definitely use Alexandra again!
Alexandra is great. She sent me lots of updates. I knew Millie was in good hands. Will definitely book with her again.

Information Alexandra N. would like to know about your pet
The ideal dog for me to sit will get along with our dog Honeymoon, a pug and chihuahua mix. Please no aggressive or large dogs. Aggressive dogs will be turned away. Please let me know if your dog is fixed, housebroken, takes meds or eats a special diet/ allergies, etc. I want to make sure your dog is safe and comfy and your mind is at ease as well! Please make sure your doggie is up to date on medications, shots, vaccinations, etc in order to be the most safe for all. My dog is older so this includes the optional vaccines- Leptospirosis, Canine Influenza and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). We (the humans) are also very safe and cautious with Covid, and each have had three doses of COVID19 vaccine. I have a flexible booking policy, but please no same-day cancellations as I base my day and schedule around receiving and caring for your dog around the agreed upon timeframe when you have booked. Thank you! +++Please note- doggie pick ups should be by 2pm or before on designated pick up day, or owners will be charged for another day (same rate, $45 for day of pick up after mid day). Please let me know if you have questions on that, or need help for a special circumstance! I can be helpful and flexible depending on your situation for sure.
A typical day
I can provide car rides, South Pasadena parks and of course daily walks. My own dog loves to lay on the patio chairs and sun so maybe yours would too! Typical day would be breakfast and some patio time, followed by a morning walk and then chill and hangout until afternoon. I usually provide 2-3 walks per day- but really depends on the dog. In addition, I take the dogs out to pee about 3-4 additional times in between the walks, just to pop outside for a second. If your dog is into sunbathing, this is a good place for that since we do have the large patio that is fully fenced in.
Services
Alexandra can host
Availability
I work full time from home so your dog will rarely be alone- only if I ran to the grocery or errands or something similar. If I accept the booking and the schedule works out you can be assured I have time and space to watch your baby. I can provide bathroom breaks as often as needed, but accept HOUSE TRAINED DOGS ONLY PLEASE. If your dog has frequent accidents its not likely a good fit. I don't want my own dog to pick up bad habits or be confused on boundaries. Thanks for understanding!
