Alexandra was amazing, great communicator, timely, and wonderful with my pets.

This was my first time using Rover. I was a little apprehensive with having someone (I'd met once) come in my home, caring for my pets and leaving them overnight alone. Alexandra was very pleasant and calm around the dogs at first visit. I wrote out compete instructions and left everything in a central location. Alexandra was prompt each visit, responds to text quickly, left comments, photos, watered my deck plants and retrieved the mail. I selected her because she was located in the neighborhood and has a medical background, should one of my pets get sick, I felt her medical background would be helpful. My dogs adjusted to her easily, were happy and were well cared for. I most certainly would request Alexandra again and would recommend her to others. Thank you Alexandra, SR
