Pet care experience
My husband Kellen and I joined Rover in 2015 and have met some AMAZING dogs and owners. We would love to share our Wallingford home with dog friendly backyard with your furry friend. We enjoy long walks around the neighborhood with stops at Wallingford Park, Gasworks Park, or Meridian Park. We also enjoy a good trip to Magnuson or Discovery Park and love dog cuddles. We have one pet in our home, Millie, a 30lb miniature bernedoodle born August 2016. Millie is extremely easygoing and gets along with everyone. She is eager to keep your furry friend company. We grew up caring for dogs at home (labs, doodle, miniature schnauzers). Alex also walked and cared for dogs for four years as part of her nanny work during college. We're prepared to treat your special friend like a member of our family during their stay. Why I love dog sitting Kellen and Alex were raised in dog lover households where they grew up caring for family dogs. About my yard Large flat and open fenced backyard (for Seattle that is ;) )

Banjo loves time with Alex!
Alex and her husband are amazing! My dog Riley loved staying at her house, and loved her dog Millie. We received many picture updates, and I felt at ease knowing Riley was well taken care of. We will absolutely rebook in the future and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sitter!
Alexandra and her husband were fantastic sitters for Banjo!! They had a cozy house for Banjo and a wonderful dog to also keep Banjo company. They took Banjo for walks and sent lots of photos. The fact that Banjo was really calm when I picked him up was a great sign that he was exercised and comfortable. He'll be back!
Alex and Kellen were wonderful. We got great picture updates daily and when we arrived to pick up Ellie, she was worn out and didn’t even want to come home! I would highly recommend them to take your of your pup.

Here's where we'll take our walks We live a couple blocks from gasworks / burke gilman trail, close to Wallingford Park, enjoy walking around our neighborhood and like trips to Magnuson if your dog is game. Your dog's sleeping arrangement We'd prefer you bring the dog bed / crate your dog is most comfortable in. We're happy to have this in our bedroom or the living room if your dog is used to sleeping in a different room. Time I'll spend with your dog We're doing this because we love dogs so we hope to spend the majority of our time with the dog.
