Besides farm animals, I’ve taken care of almost every domestic pet in the book. I grew up with 2 large Akitas, 3 small chihuahua-terriers, and a clowder of cats, so I’m very comfortable handling dogs of all sizes. I spent 2 years as a dog walker, and have experience with territorial, vocal dogs. I have a house with hardwood floors that are easily cleanable, and a large backyard for potty breaks and playtime. I’m also in very close proximity to a large park where we can adventure during lunch breaks. I do not have a crate at this time, but will happily crate if you provide your own. By the age of 12, I had already helped to deliver over 6 litters of healthy kittens. I’ve always been a proud cat lady, and love the opportunity to interact with any feline. I’ll shamelessly b-line it for the cats at any social gathering. I have extensive experience with cat-care and am comfortable giving oral and topical medications as needed for all age cats. I periodically foster kittens with the Oregon Cat Adoption Team, so I already have a kitten-proofed, sterile room that is cozy and comfortable for kittens and cats alike. I work from home 24/7 so I have plenty of time to care for your animal family members at all times of the day. If you have any questions or special requests, please do not hesitate to reach out! I’m available almost 7 days a week at most times, if given advance notice. I have a completely fenced in, medium/large backyard with grass. I have a house that your dog can roam and enjoy, and a separate office space with many feline friendly amenities (all hardwood floors that are easily cleanable between services). You can rest assured that our environment is safe, secure, and we’ll follow any specific care instructions you suggest.
