Difficult Dog? No Problem.

Pet care experience

Hi! I'm Alex! The little girl holding the puppy in my profile is also me. I am an actor living in Bushwick with my dog, Mason. I have much experience both caring and rehabilitating difficult rescue dogs with behavioral issues. I grew up with three dogs as a child, and am pretty much unphased by anything a dog could do. I'm a patient and loving walker that will adhere to your training journey, and can't wait to meet your best friend!.

Alexandra was a great sitter for Ivy! She kept me updated with pictures and I could tell that Ivy felt at home with her! I would definitely recommend her to sit your pet and I will definitely be using her again! Thanks!

My dachshund Eddie has the worst separation anxiety. He can’t bear to leave his momma’s side. However, when we dropped him off at Alex’s home, she made him feel right at home very quickly. She sent me pictures of all of the fun things they were doing together–going on walks, playing in the house, even snuggling during a storm–and he looked really happy! Eddie will go on a hunger strike when he misses me, but he ate all of his meals with Alex and he was a happy pup when I returned. If you want your dog to be loved and cuddled while you’re away, choose Alex as your sitter.

I find that dogs get the most tired after you stimulate them mentally. Playing games like "hide the treat under the cup" (like that carnival game), coupled with long walks.
