I’m Alex, I’m a self-employed music teacher, my husband David is also a music teacher, and we’re both dog lovers. We have two friendly dogs, Baxter, a 6-year-old retriever/spaniel mix and Chewie, a 4 month old retriever mix, and would love to host other friendly dogs as well! We’re both experienced dog owners who have owned dogs our whole lives. We do a lot so that our dogs are well-trained and well cared for, and we will give your dogs the same care and attention that ours get. We live in a house with a big fenced-in yard, so your dogs will have room to play inside and outside. I am home most of the day, and I do teach music lessons at home, so your dogs would have to be okay with people, especially children, coming in and out of the house (we have a gate separating the part of the house where I teach). Our dogs are our family members, and you can trust that your dogs will be treated like family while they’re here! A few requests for our guests: We ask that you provide up to date vaccination records for your dogs, and we can provide that for you as well upon request to ensure that all of our dogs stay healthy during and after their stay. You can send us pictures of their vaccination records once a meet and greet is scheduled if that’s easier. Drop-offs should be no later than 7pm to give us time to go for a walk and settle in before everyone goes to bed. We do not take boarding requests with less than 48 hours notice, and highly prefer a meet and greet before booking. Thanks for understanding!
