Hello, my name is Alex. I have been working with animals for over 15 years. In addition to volunteering in wildlife rehabilitation (15+ years) I also used to own a successful pet sitting business in Orlando for 8 years and was a contracted pet sitter for one of Orlando's most successful pet sitting businesses for about 10 years. I have worked in dozens of homes and with hundreds of animals throughout that time. I am experienced with all ages, breeds, personalities, and even Pet First Aid and CPR certified. I am also experienced in administering medication (ointment, oral, injection, etc.). I dissolved my business in 2020 when I moved to Cocoa and began a new business in another field. I am joining Rover as a side job because I sincerely enjoy being around animals so much that I am more than happy to spend my time with your animals.

Alex has been an absolute gem when it comes to dog walking! She’s always been reliable, on time and genuinely cares about the well-being of my pup. Alex goes above and beyond each time she walks my dog or helps cares for the dog and house when we’re out of town. I highly recommend her services to anyone!
Alex is truly incredible. I have been using Alex for my two dogs for the past five years; you will not meet a more caring, responsible individual who truly cares for your animals as if they were her own. She does not cut corners, I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Alexandra was great with our three cats. She loved on each one of them every time she visited. Alex not only fed the cats, but she made she they always had fresh water, cleaned the litterboxes, and played with them for at least a half hour, which was unlike most cat sitters we have had. She was extra playful with our oldest/meanest cat, and even received purrs from her.

Unfortunately I currently rent a house, therefore I can not invite your pups to my place. I will not be offering boarding but I do offer drop in visits instead.

A typical day
Whether we are going for a 10 minute walk, a 25 minute walk, playing fetch in the back yard or laying on the living room floor, getting brushed and belly rubs- I have done and enjoyed it all. I am very flexible with how I spend my time with your animals. I am willing to incorporate new activities or stick to your typical daily schedule. It is all up to the owner.

Availability
I offer one half an hour visit 1-3x a day (upon your request). I am comfortable with feeding, medicating, walking, playing in the yard or any other way you'd prefer my time be spent with your fur kid.
