Pet care experience
I am a massive animal lover. I love the small insects (including spiders), to snakes to the biggest mammal! I've recently finished uni Marine Biology Bachelor's. Animals mean a lot to me. I will make sure that your pet is looked after. If you have any requirements I will fulfill them precisely! I always cat/dog/chameleon/geckos sit at our friend's. I am 100% sure animals know who's good and who's bad. I had a dog once that needed injections, my aunty's dog needed injections as he had heart problems. I've done an injection in a turtle once (I was in Sri Lanka with a volunteering company, I have photos of the turtles). I've assisted with a turtle at the deep once (aquarist volunteer). I've done it on a cat as well as it was an emergency.

Alex is THE animal whisperer!!! I had a cat that just wouldn’t spend any time with me, mostly out of the house and barely ate any of the food I left for her. That changed when I had Alex look after my now friendly boy for four days whilst I went to visit family, who is now spending more time enjoying my house and even eats the food (he’ll still wait a while but I’m okay with that!)
As someone who loves a good holibob, having a reliable person suck as Alex is a Godsend. Alex is such a lovely girl, peanut and butter my 2 bogs and sugarplum my cat absolutely love her. She’s so gentle especially to my rescue cat (who hates everyone but Alex), She is very understanding of her many needs, and treat each one of my babies with so much love and respect. Alex is definitely someone you can trust!

A typical day
I'm as energetic and as curious as a little dog. I move around a lot and I always try to stimulate the pets. I will make sure the pets have everything they need. I never had any trouble with animals and I've dealt with a lot. We will go out, play, eat, watch films together.

Availability
I work part time at the moment, sometimes I go rock climbing or to visit my friends. I have most evenings off but also Sunday. I would need at least 3 days notice so I know what to do, but I'd always prioritise your needs. I wouldn't miss the chance of meeting someone new! :) I'm a very calm and friendly person, I've loved and cared for animals my whole life, including horses, turtles, sharks, tortoise. The world is so fascinating.
