Hi! My name is Alexandra, and I love animals. I have twenty years of experience with animals, and five years of experience of healing work. Along with drop in visits, dog walking and house sitting, I also offer two additional services including Pet Reiki and Pet Communication. I understand how important someone's pet is and will treat yours like they are my own, I am an incredibly trustworthy individual who will treat your home and your pet with the utmost care, love, compassion, and respect. If you would like to request Reiki or Pet Communication services without walking or sitting, please submit a request for a dog walk and specify in your message which holistic service you would like. I will amend the booking to reflect this. Animal Reiki is a gentle healing modality that is performed by a light hands on or hands off touch to boost your animals immune system, relieve them from disease and inflammation, and provide an overall sense of calm for stressed out or anxious pets. Reiki is also beneficial for end of life care to ease the transition process, and especially beneficial for pets with lymes disease or arthritis. Animal Reiki Guidelines: • I believe animals are equal partners in the healing process. • I honor animals as being not only my clients, but also my teachers in the journey of healing. • I understand that all animals have physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects, to which Reiki can bring profound healing responses. • I believe that bringing Reiki to the human/animal relationship is transformational to the human view of the animal kingdom. • I dedicate myself to the virtues of humility, integrity, compassion and gratitude in my Reiki practice. Animal communication is a unique gift that I have that I can connect to your pet and communicate with them as one would have a conversation with a human. You let me know what you would like to communicate to your pet, and I will communicate with them and write down their answer for you or email it to you. Animal communication is beneficial for many different purposes, including but not limited to: - If you need help understanding what your pet needs from you. - You want to make your pet happier but you’re not sure how. - Your pet is acting in a behavior that you don’t approve of and would like to learn how to best work with them. - Help to find out what food/diet they prefer. - You would like to share information with your pet about an additional family member (like a new baby), a move, or anything that is transitional that may due them stress in order to find out how you can help them best acclimate to the changes. - To find out what their favorite activities are. - So much more! Holistic Pet Service Rates: Pet Reiki: $50*/30 minute session, or four 30 minute sessions for $160 Pet Communication: $50*/per 20 minute communication session *Deduct $5 from the holistic service cost if it is combined with a dog walk, drop-in visit, or house sitting service.
