I have been around dogs my whole life. Professionally, I have pet sit consistently for six clients who are my friends, colleagues, and relatives, which has also included house sitting. While I don't own a dog, my parents have an American Bulldog, Westie, and a Maltese who we've had since 2010 and are all best friends with each other. And if you have a cat, I love them too and have also pet sit for them. By day, I'm a public transportation analyst (if you want to talk transit, I'm your girl!) in the Financial District. If you'd like to book me for house sitting, please know that I have 9am-5pm schedule on weekdays, but with notice, I'm more than happy to come home straight from work to take care of your animal and house sit. In my spare time, I love to knit, read, bike around the city, and attempt to solve the New York Times Crossword Puzzle. Also, while I am not CPR certified for dogs, I am for humans and was honored by the Highlands, NJ Police Department for performing CPR on an unconscious cyclist, who has recovered. I am also a volunteer Fire and Safety Warden at my job and a former Community Emergency Response Team member with the City of Hoboken, in which I'm trained for light and search rescue, disaster medical operations, and managing volunteer deployment, so if there' s an emergency situation regarding your human household, it is likely I am professionally trained to respond to it.
