Hello! I’m Alex and I’m new here to Colorado Springs. I am a military spouse who loves all animals. I have over 100 reviews on rover and Wag! And I work hard to give clients the best possible experience when it comes to pet care. I work to give dogs plenty of exercise and attention. I create a structured, balanced and fun environment for them, and I’m attentive to the needs of each individual pup to ensure that they have a good time while they’re here. When pups come to my home, they become part of the family. I believe a tired pup is a happy pup so if you’re dog needs lots of exercise via walks or runs, I’m the perfect host for you. With years of experience. I’ve picked up on key skills to help keep dogs safe and accounted for. For example my walks have extra precautions via harness and collar being connected to the leash and the leash being connected to my person. This has allowed me to never lose a pup in my care on walks.

Information Alexander G. would like to know about your pet
It’s important to know your dog’s behavior towards people and other dogs. I would also like to know that your dog is house trained and doesn’t damage property. Unless they are a puppy, all dogs should have been house trained ahead of time. I also would like to know if they exhibit behavioral issues such as separation anxiety. As we all know, this can cause pups to be stressed and be more vocal than usual. Which is fine and I’ve dealt with plenty of dogs with such behaviors but it’s always good know ahead of time.
A typical day
Every client receives a schedule of what the day has in stored. It’s customized to fit your pups lifestyle and energy levels. A typical day with me has 3 20-30minute walks. Structured feeding times. 1-2 hours of interactive play with me throughout the day via tugs,fetch ect. At night there lots of pets and maybe a cuddle session while we enjoy some Netflix. In between walks we have bathroom breaks. And I love to give a nice treat like a Kong or whatever is recommended by the client before bed .

Availability
I am a stay at home dad and a full time student doing most of my course work online. This gives me plenty of time to interact and give each individual pup in my care the attention they deserve.
