Pet care experience
Hello there! :) I’ve spent my entire life caring for numerous types of dogs and cats in all stages of life. I have specifically worked with foster dogs that have experienced trauma, so I understand a dog’s behavior and personal boundaries. Dogs are just like people and need to time to adjust to new things happening around them. I’m more than willing to be patient with your furry friend and treat them as my own! I have also fed and cared for ponies for customers here on Rover!

Alexah absolutely loves animals of all kinds, but she has a special place in her heart for dogs. She’s treats dogs as if they are her best friend and I’ve always thought she appreciates them more than any other person I’ve met. She’s had lots of experience thanks to growing up with all kinds of dogs and we currently co-parent our pet. With lots of experience, even when Alexah doesn’t have the information she needs to care for an animal, she’s always game to research and find tools or information she needs. I trust Alexah with any animal in her care and I know the animal will come out of her care better off! This job was made for a dog-lover just like Alexah.

A typical day
My favorite place to walk and enjoy the outdoors with pets is Holmes Lake! However, if you have a park or other area that your furry friend would be more comfortable with I am more than willing to go there!

Availability
I’m currently a student that has classes periodically from 8:30 a.m. till around 3:15 p.m. and work from 2-5 p.m. Monday - Friday. However, I am all for waking up early and taking time in between and after classes to care for your pet(s)!
