I have several years of experience working in a vets office caring for all different kinds of pets. I’m well-versed in medication administration, different illnesses and emergency protocols. I have been rescuing cats and dogs for over 5 years, and caring for those of my own for many more. Helping your pet be able to manage their stress while away from you is very important to me, as I treat everyone’s pet as if they are my very own! Giving all animals a happy and healthy experience is my main priority always.

I have a spacious home shared with one friendly tiny dog, and two sweet cats who keep to themselves. They are easily able to be separated from other animals if necessary! The back yard is fenced for small dogs; but the area has many parks and walking trails that your dog will love! My two cats are extremely loving and friendly, but are easily able to be separated from another cat as there are many rooms in the home.

A typical day
I understand that dogs need a lot of physical and mental stimulation, so I love to make use of all of the conveniently located parks and trails in my area. Some of the hilly parks in Pittsburgh are perfect for a medium or larger dog who may need a lot more exercise. I’ve cared for special needs and elderly dogs as well, and use the large back yard for those who might not be able to exert too much energy for a long walk.

I have plenty of time during the week to dedicate to caring for and playing with cats and dogs! My work schedule is very flexible, and I have all-day/night availability from Saturday-Tuesday every wee.
