Pet care experience
I have just recently graduated from uni and during my undergrad I worked in a busy animal hospital. With a genuine and keen interest in the well-being of all pets, I have tons of experience working with dogs of all personalities- puppies, diabetics, seniors, temperamental, energetic- you name it I have seen them all! At a fast-paced environment in the animal hospital I work at, each day is constant running around help to deal with medical emergencies, boarding multiple (usually 10-20!) pets at once, grooming, and regular clinical procedures. So whether it be long jogs, slow careful strolls, bathing, administering medications, IV care, or just full loving and attention, I am super happy giving what ever it is your dog needs :)

Alexa was wonderful with our 2 dogs. She is polite, punctual, professional, attentive, and compassionate. She really loves our dogs and our dogs were sad to say goodbye to her at the end of her dogsitting. She also came to our airbnb so we could enjoy a night out in Toronto. Alexa is a UofT student and works at an animal hospital. Her passion for animals is clear and she sent videos and photos of our dogs throughout the evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone and hope she can watch our guys again in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely no breed preferences, I find there is something unique and sweet about each. I am very flexible with any habits and behaviours your dog(s) has/have.
A typical day
Depending on the health of the dog and what it is they need in terms of activity level, we can go on hikes, play tug-of-war or fetch for however long, practice getting the hang of tricks, or really whatever it is they are used to.

** I live around Liberty Village and work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, so after work on weekdays I am pretty much available! Ask me about weekends as well, I have a lot more free time on them **
