Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals since I was little because of all of the animals we had in our household. I have taken care of baby puppies and raised baby kittens. I have taken care of guinea pigs and lizards before. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of their fur babies. I have been in charge of my own two animals with walking, feeding, and bathing them. I also have experience giving medicine and bottle feeding animals.

I wholeheartedly recommend Alexa as a pet sitter. She is responsible and caring, and animals love her. Our dog has anxiety issues with storms,and Alexa always took great care of him. She knew how to administer his medicine and would sit with him to comfort him when he needed it. Alexa was our main pet sitter for over 3 years when we lived close to her. We miss her and her pet sitting skills!

I do not have a fenced in yard for my dog, but we go for daily walks, multiple times a day. She gets fed once a day with her joint supplement while also getting treats throughout the day. She has her own dog bed in the living room and gets endless amounts of attention throughout the day. My cat has two litter boxes and is allowed in our sunroom to watch everything outside. Periodically, she likes to go outside in her harness/in her backpack to explore. They both have endless amounts of water and my cat has hard food that she eats throughout the day.

In advance, I would like to know if there is any medicine that needs to be given to the pet at a certain time. I would also like to know if there are any specific things that are done for the pet to make them feel most comfortable.
A typical day
I like to go on walks around my neighborhood as well as the TVA trails, Deibert Park and Mcfarland. If the dog has a backyard, we can play fetch or even if they do not I would like to play with them and their toys inside.

I am currently working part time and have availability to take care of pets whenever. I make pet care my top priority whenever I plan anything. I make sure that my animals are taken care of before I fully plan anything.
