Drop your little feller off for lux stay-cation in Oldtown Issaquah! As a work-from-home dog mom, I have a flexible schedule letting ample time for walks around town, a trip to the park. We have access to whatever amenities your pup’s wagging for. Most evenings at the Smith house end snuggled up on the couch watching a movie or reading a good book. Your little one will be showered in snuggles, cuddles and belly scratches. 2 Paws ALL THE WAY UP! I look forward to taking care of your furry loved one(s) :)

Alexa was very flexible with schedule for drop-off and pick-up. She sent photos of Hudson daily and looks like he really enjoyed his weekend with her! Would (and plan to :) use her again).
Charley had a wonderful stay with Alexa. In fact, I think he happily would have stayed with her when I came to pick him up! We loved getting pictures of his adventures and it was clear he was treated like part of the family.
Upon my first meeting with Alexa I had absolutely no concerns. She is communicative, friendly, and her house is adorable and in a great area. I am so thankful she was available, and hope that Barkley can stay with her again in the future!
Alexa was wonderful with my 11 week old puppy! Pup is now taking a happy nap after her fun time playing with Alexa and Alexa's dog. Highly recommend!

The dogs love the fully fenced in yard and basket of play toys. I have an old hound dog who's almost 12 and sleeps most of the day but when he's not sleeping he enjoys keeping an extra eye on our furry guests :)

I would like to know how aggressive the dog is with humans and other dogs. Are they house trained? Do they destructive behaviors? Any special needs we should know about?
A typical day
I will meet your dogs activity level and we will have a blast. We are a short walk to a park where your pet can run around and play freely, or they can join me for my daily three mile run down the Issaquah running trails. We are minutes from a lot of great mountain trails that we can also explore.

Availability
I work most days from home most days and if I do need to go into the office, it's a short 5 min drive. I go for long walks in the morning, runs in the evenings, and spend 90% of my time at the house working on projects. Taking care of animals brings me so much joy.
