Hi everyone! My name is Alexa and I have been caring for dogs (& cats) of all ages, sizes, and breeds for over 8 years. This includes boarding at my home, in-home stays for families out of town, dog walking/ check-ins throughout the day, feeding, and bathing, etc. I also have experience with oral and topical medication application if needed. I have no problem adjusting to your lifestyle and giving your dog the best care possible! I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Drexel University. My schedule is very flexible as I am nearing the end of my degree. Most of my classes are online, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the duration of his/her stay. I am available on weekdays and weekends and can work around your schedule. I live in a 3 story townhouse with my twin sister and my 1 year old puppy, Chester (Breed= Pembroke Welsh Corgi). The surrounding neighborhood is very safe, quiet, clean, and family oriented. The area is very walkable and there are fenced-in green spaces within a short distance of my place. My puppy is VERY friendly and absolutely loves the company of other dogs and people. He will be sure to keep your pets company during their stay here. Chester and I go on many walks throughout the day, play with his toys in my enclosed backyard patio space ( fully surrounded with walls), and get exercise together in the green spaces nearby.
