Pet care experience
I am a 33 year-old nursing student with availability to walk, play with, or just hang out with your fur baby(ies))! I love animals and would treat your pets just as my own--like part of the family. I grew up with a beagle Rhodesian ridgeback mix; a chihuahua; a pomeranian; and three cats! ◡̈ Cali is my own dog, a pappillion, that I've had since I was 18. She is playful, has about 3 teeth left, is fully vaccinated, and loves nothing more than meeting up with four-legged friends, or inviting them over for a play date! In addition to being an absolute animal lover, I am a friendly, warm, responsible, and trustworthy person. I look forward to meeting and working with you and your pets.

Alexa was FANTASTIC! This is our first time using Rober and we gave so many good things to say. Going forward, we plan to hopefully have Alexa take care of our cat baby anytime we go on vacation in the future.
Alexa was incredibly kind and accommodating as a sitter. She was attentive and gave Cher even more walks than she gets at home - it was like a vacation for Cher as much as it was a vacation for us! She sends a ton of photos and is super responsive. Would 100% book again.

Alexa was thoughtful, responsive, detail oriented, and loving to our large and energetic pup. She provided frequent and timely updates, responded quickly to messages, and accommodated all of Chewy’s needs. Her apartment, semiprivate backyard, and neighborhood gave our pup plenty of space to roam and enjoy. Highly recommend!

If your pet is at your home and simply needs food/water, play time or attention, or medication, I will follow whatever your instructions are.

I like to know in advance the things that make your pet unique. For example, their favorite toys, favorite treats, dietary needs, anxiety (if any), feeding schedule, whether house-trained or uses potty pads, prefers solitude, loves to play with other dogs, etc.
A typical day
Walks and lots of affection will be on the agenda. I love to play with, cuddle, and have conversations with the pups I'm caring for. If your dog has favorite toys or activities, I'm on board!

Availability
I am open to having your dog join me and Cali at our home for play dates or overnight(s), or my coming to your home for potty breaks and feedings during the days/evenings. Outside of not being available for the week of December 18, my current school schedule is primarily online so that gives me quite a bit of flexibility--weekdays and weekends. If you have any questions about whether I can meet your schedule needs, please feel free to drop me a note. I will do whatever I am able to accommodate your needs and situation.
