Alexa was great with Milo! He can be a bit anxious/shy, and she was really understanding about giving him space and time to warm up. Her dogs are also really friendly, and Milo clearly had a great time with them. Alexa managed to take Milo for a walk, get him to eat dinner, and sent us a photo update. She was also really flexible with her timing, and was really chill about us giving her a window (vs. an exact time) for pickup. Overall I would definitely recommend her!

Alexa has taken care of my dog Lilou on numerous occasions - walks, doggy daycare and multi-day boarding. I trust Alexa 100% with my fur child. Lilou is an anxious and sensitive girl, but I know she'll be safe and happy with Alexa because she is so loving and experienced with dog care and behavior. She has also helped Lilou adapt to other dogs in a group environment, which is awesome! I trust Alexa to treat Lilou like family, and I know she is truly dedicated to her job. She absolutely loves dogs and has a natural talent for reading their needs and connecting with their unique personalities. Alexa is also super friendly and easy to communicate with. She has been flexible and accommodating for my busy schedule and is so helpful. Lilou always comes home happy and energized after her visits with Alexa. I highly recommend Alexa for all your pup care!
