Pet care experience
I work at sit means sit dog training facility. I own an Aussie puppy as well as a border collie with epilepsy so I know how to care for sick dogs. I’ve also owned horses for about 7 years now as-well as working as a ranch manager for a little over 2 years helping mares and foals. I also owned rabbits for 5 years so I know how to care for bunnies as well!

As always, the pups had a stellar visit. I cannot say enough great things about Alexa! My senior (almost 14) and younger (3 years) pups always come home tired, happy, and healthy. I couldn't ask for more.
Alexa was WONDERFUL!!! I have a 3 and almost 14-year-old dog. She was great with both. My senior dog occasionally requires some extra care. She was 1000% on top of everything. She is also great at giving meds. Her dogs are super friendly and playful. My dogs returned happy and tired! And she sends lots of adorable pictures. I always appreciate that. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend.

A typical day
With 2 very high energy dogs we try to keep them as busy as possible so we play fetch 1 to 2 times a day as well as doing mental stimulation puzzles and hikes. We also live close to a lake so I let the dogs run and swim in the lake when it’s warm enough.

Availability
I currently work 4 days a week, so I have Friday-Sunday off! If you do boarding your pups will sometimes be able to come and play at work with me. If they are unable to they will only be alone for about 6 hours. I usually spend my days off playing fetch and doing some training with my pups and try to wear them out. I always have time for some more fun pups to play with!
