Alexa D. — Absolutely phenomenal! I’m not going to lie… I was a bit nervous in general. My panic button had already set in before we even left for our trip. 😂 Rest assured, though, none of that had anything to do with Alexa. It was pure fur-baby separation anxiety — owner-induced. 😂 We have a German Shepherd and two cats. Our German can be a little territorial and stubborn, but once he knows you, he is an absolute lover. Our two cats, however, are not fond of men, so having a female sitter was mandatory. One of our cats also has epilepsy, so we needed someone who was comfortable with medication and capable of handling our very specific needs. Alexa checked all the boxes on paper, but we absolutely needed a meet-and-greet. The kitties were skeptical, as they always are. They don’t really meet and greet people — they observe from somewhere in the background. 😂 Our German Shepherd, on the other hand, took to Alexa in literally a minute. That alone was incredibly reassuring. The cats were still hiding in the background, though, and because one of them needed medication, I was still a little nervous. Alexa came to our home the night we left and arrived early. Our German wanted to razz her for a minute — literally a minute. When a call came in, Alexa even let me talk to my boy so I could help him settle down. And just like that… she won his heart. ❤️ We went through everything with the cats, especially the one who needed medication. Within minutes, they were all comfortable enough to want attention and cuddles. I cannot tell you how reassuring that was. Throughout our trip, Alexa kept us updated with constant communication and videos. Seeing our babies happy, comfortable, and cared for put my soul completely at ease. She was extremely professional, patient, compassionate, and incredibly empathetic to every single worry I had. Alexa also stayed overnight in our home while we were gone. And if you know me at all, you know I am an absolute spaz about people I don’t know being in my home. 😂 Not once — not for one single minute — did I feel worried. When we came home, it was obvious how comfortable our babies were with her and how well she had cared for them. That says everything. Alexa went above and beyond for us. She didn’t just watch our pets — she cared for them like they mattered. I highly, highly recommend Alexa to anyone looking for someone to care for their babies. Especially if you’re an anxious pet parent like me who needs someone trustworthy, communicative, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile. We will absolutely be using her services again. Honestly, we feel above and beyond lucky that we picked Alexa out of the wild-card draw. Sometimes you really do get lucky. ❤️🐾 Thank you, Alexa, for taking such amazing care of our babies — and for giving this anxious mama some peace of mind while we were away. ❤️

Alexa was truly incredible — a full 10‑star experience from start to finish. This was our first overnight stay, and because our pup is our fur kid, we’re extremely selective about who we trust. Alexa went above and beyond in every way. We received thoughtful picture and text updates throughout the night, which gave us total peace of mind. Knowing our dog was safe, relaxed, and genuinely loved allowed us to fully enjoy our time away. It was clear Alexa cared for him as if he were her own, and that means everything to us. We deeply appreciate everything you did, Alexa. Our dog was happy, protected, and adored — and we felt completely at ease because of your dedication. We will absolutely be reaching out to you for our next outing. You’ve earned our trust in the best way possible.

We decided to make the transition from boarding our dogs while we are gone to getting a dog sitter & Alexa made the transition seamless! Alexa had great communication & sent lots of pictures & videos of our dogs :) We already have our next booking with her & it’s so nice knowing our dogs will be cared for in the best way! :) Thank you Alexa!!
