Pet care experience
Having grown up with pets, I learned to love and take care of animals at a young age. My very first job was a dog walker when I was 13! I have also worked as a babysitter and a nanny. I believe our pets are our children, so I plan to give them the same care. My parents have 2 dogs and 1 cat, and I have 1 other dog of my own.

Alexa is awesome! I can’t wait to use her again. She is super nice and very on time and did everything I asked for. My dog absolutely loved her too. She took her for a nice long walk and sent cute photos along the way. Definitely recommend using her!
If there’s one thing Alexa loves, it’s animals. If she could adopt all the dogs in the world, she would! If you have the opportunity to choose Alexa to take care of your pets, you’d be sorry not to. She is hard working and easily adaptable to anything she does.
Alexa absolutely loves dogs and would do an incredible job taking care of (and walking) your pet(s). She is a very caring owner to her two dogs and I trust her with my own. I highly recommend Alexa as a trustworthy, communicative, and patient dog sitter :) Your furry friend will love her!

I have a very energetic mini Australian Shepherd who wakes me up at 6:00 on the dot every morning. I like to give her lots of mental and physical stimulation, such as long walks, frisbee, tricks, clicking buttons, etc. I know how important routine is for our pets, so I will adjust how I care for each pet based on their individual needs.

I find it so much easier to walk a dog when they have a harness. I use them for my own dogs and I think it makes dogs feel safer and it gives me more control.
A typical day
For my pup, I take her to swim lessons every month so she can get comfortable being around water. I also have a trainer come to my house once a month to help me with any questions or issues that come up. I like to switch up the places that I walk so that she can smell new things and become more socialized!

Availability
I graduated from college in May and am home for the summer until my “real” ;) job starts in October. I have a flexible schedule and can make almost any time work!
