I've been a dog owner for 16 years of my life and a cat owner for 5, but I didn't start watching other peoples' animals until a few years later. I've watched dogs in a variety of sizes with a variety of needs, including puppies and older dogs, along with ones that need to have medication daily. I can also do some basic command training for an additional fee. If you have any questions, please contact me and I can provide more information!

Alexa has been taking care of our girls (2 cats) for a year and a half now. She has been there for them through surprise snow storms, flight delays on our end where she attended to them longer than planned, and has rolled with our own unplanned last minute trip cancellations with grace. She is amazing with our hirls. We are so thankful for her!!!

I would like to know the basic routine you go through with your dog daily, so I can try to match it as closely as possible so I don't break the repetition they are used to. I also need to know if there are any special circumstances surrounding your home or your dog, such as not having a fenced yard so I know to stay with them on potty breaks, or that the dog has some destructive tendencies so I can prevent them from attacking your furniture! I have no breed preferences, as I do have about equal experiences working with smaller and larger canines.
A typical day
I prefer to walk dogs that I watch in quieter areas, usually finding a nice park or some slow roads to walk on. I love to play with the animals I watch, one of my favorite games being fetch. I also love tug of war or any type of chase game with the animal.

I work part time, so I am out of the house at work in the mornings. Please note due to the Covid-19 pandemic and recent health developments I will be very selective in which jobs I accept.
