Pet care experience
Hello! Thank you for visiting my page :) I work from home full-time (lots of flexibility for your furry babes to get all the love they want and need) in Lakewood, CO. I love spending my time outside on hikes, walks, or just hanging out at the park. I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, and helped co-parent my parents golden retriever as a puppy for his first 2 years before I moved out west. I have experience with senior cats+dogs (and administering medications), puppies (and the rush of wondering if you have 30 seconds to use the bathroom or not), and all ages inbetween. My schedule allows me to work closely with what your animal needs and not deviate from their typical routine! I’m also happy to work with any special diets your animal may have, even if that involves cooking.

Franklin had a great time with Alex! This was our first Rover experience and it exceeded expectations. Franklin was exhausted after spending the day and night with Alex playing in her backyard. Alex was very flexible with pick up/drop off times and communicated well throughout, sending pictures and updates on how he was doing. We will definitely be calling Alex again, in the city or at the shore!
Alex was fantastic! She was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry. She took my dog to her beach house for the weekend and sent me multiple pictures everyday. I could tell Maple was having a great time with her! I came home to a happy, exhausted pup.
Alex had our golden retriever for 4 days while we were out of town for a wedding. During his stay he started showing symptoms of being really sick and alex handled the entire thing-she took him to the vet who made a diagnosis and she cooked his bland diet while giving him 3 different medications until we got home. We felt terrible being away but more for alex than for the dog, he was in great hands! We couldn't have asked for anything more! She did an amazing job with a crazy and unexpected situation. He is feeling much better! Thank you again for going above and beyond!
Thank you so much for taking Bromley on a nice long walk on such short notice! He was nice and tired and looked like he was smiling in all the pictures you took!

My partner and I do have a cat in our home so if your animal does not get along with cats then it would be safest to do a house stay as opposed to boarding! I take animal sitting extremely seriously and if I am watching your animal I will care for them as if they are my own. I will make sure they are getting all of the love possible to hopefully help them feel at ease while you are away. I also will share lots of pictures and updates with you so that you have peace of mind, and am happy to provide additional updates upon request. I know how stressful it is on both the pet and the owner to be apart for any period of time.

I do not have any breed preferences and am comfortable taking care of any size dog, ranging from tiny to large! Please let me know if there are any medical conditions your pet may have so that I can make sure to educate myself on this subject and provide my best care!
A typical day
We will go to Belmar Park, and if the weather is nice and you are comfortable with it, we can also go to Green Mountain or Falcon Park for lengthier hikes if they are higher energy. If you live nearby (Lakewood/Golden/Denver Metro Area) and your dog has favorite places to go, I would love to work that into our schedule as well!

Availability
There is a path right outside my house that leads to a park across the street. I go for daily walks here and would love to bring your animal along! On days where the weather allows, I have a few favorite trails nearby for weekday hikes. I can provide a ton of excercise for your animal if that’s their style, or if they’re more laid back I’m always happy to give infinite belly rubs + couch cuddles at home.
