I hate leaving bad reviews but I didn't feel like the service was super great here. My dog is my best friend and I got the feeling dogs are more pets here (which is fine if that's how you treat your dog) Before I got home I received a text that Mookie had a scrape on her nose - it was actually a pretty big gash, lots of hair gone, and dried blood in the hair with pink flesh - she said she had put her in a kennel while she was gone to a Jazz game the night before and she had tried to get out and sent a picture of the bent kennel door. (I can only assume the kennel was older and in poor shape and/or she was left for too long) I asked before I dropped her off if Alex and Tyler watched other dogs at the same time. She said yes, but that they only watch one new dog at a time and she said that she didn't have any other bookings which made me feel good about leaving her with them. When I rolled up to Alex and Tyler's to pick Mookie up she was outside with 4 other dogs. (Alex and Tyler have two) Alex wasn't there (but said she would be when we texted earlier) and didn't get there until about 10 minutes after I called to ask where she was. Overall I don't think the communication or the care received for my dog was what it should have been and would not recommend this sitter.

Alex and Tyler were great to work with! Very flexible when our plans changed and even helped potty train our little one. Very friendly and clean home. I know my pups are in great hands when Alex and Tyler have them 😊
