Pet care experience
From the moment I was born I have had at least two dogs (and several other animals) in my home. I have owned small dogs, such as my maltese Sugar, and medium to large dogs, such as Boxers, Golden Retrievers and Gordon Setters. I love to run through Central Park and would love it even more if I had a dog with me to enjoy it with. I have a full-time job throughout the week, but am definitely open on weekends. I love to exercise, hang out outside, and explore New York. I can play with any high-energy dog, or chill out with any older or sluggish dogs who don't need the exercise quite as much. I have always been an animal lover, and would love to meet even more dogs and keep learning more about them!

Dogs and Cats gravitate to Alex, as they feel comfortable with him. Alex, is a dog lover! As a matter of fact he loves all animals. Always has since he was tiny! Alex understands the responsibility of being a pet care taker and shows compassion and responsibility when dealing with animals. Animals seem to feel the same way about him as they gravitate to him and feel secure and comfortable with Alex. Alex enjoys all aspects of pet care including grooming, feeding and of course most of all entertaining and playing! Alex is most happy when in a room with at least one dog or a cat in his lap. Whoever uses Alex for pet care can feel very confident that he will treat them with love, kindness and respect and make sure they are comfortable and feel loved.

I would like to know if your dog has any medical issues, the dog's personality, how your dog interacts with other dogs, and what your dog likes to do. I love big dogs, so if you have a really big dog who you are worried the average walker might not be able to handle, I am definitely up to the challenge. I love all sized dogs though, so don't hesitate if you have smaller dog!
A typical day
I prefer to go on walks in Central Park, but am flexible if you prefer other locations. I love to get exercise by running or walking, so I can do that with your dog(s). I also have always played fetch and tug-of-war with my dogs throughout my life. If there are other fun activities you recommend, I am open to suggestions.
