Pet care experience
I've had dogs and cats all my life. Labs, Great Danes, Beagles, cockapoos, and mutts. I own two dogs now, a beagle mix and a mutt. I'm high-energy enough to be able to take dogs on long walks and play when they need it. I have taken care of my in-law's 16-year-old cockapoo many times, which includes daily medicine, frequent bathroom use, and a diaper. I have done basic cat care; feeding, playing, and cleaning the litter box.

I want to do what's best for your animals. If you have a "lazy" dog that likes to sleep all day, I'll let them! If your animal needs to play or walk a lot, I can do that, too! I want to keep their routine similar to how you have it, so I will feed them the same way you do, let them out/walk them at the same times you do, and so on.

I love all dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages! But it is always helpful to know beforehand how active a dog is, how they like to meet new people, and if there are any special needs like daily medication.
A typical day
I love to walk dogs and play! I've thrown tennis balls with a lacrosse stick, played tug of war, and even "wrestled" with dogs throughout my childhood and now with my own dogs. I usually walk around neighborhoods, but Freedom Park is near by and has a great paved walking trail.
