Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life, people have continually commented on how quickly animals of all shapes and sizes have formed attachments with me. I’m well adjusted to taking care of large dogs as well as I grew up with a Bernese Mountain Dog. I’m working from home full-time which allows for plenty of mid-day pets and attention. Nightly walks will be a main stay as well as plenty of attention from our child. We have an unfenced yard out in the country with trails to take you furbaby on (leashed of course!). As far as company, your dog will be joined by our Labrador, two cats and an aquarium for them to stare at as they snooze on the couch (if that’s something you allow of course).

Alex and his family took amazing care of our dog! She got lots of exercise playing with their dog and running around their large yard and trail system. Alex communicated frequently and we felt very assured that our dog was in caring hands. Alex even gave her a bath! I highly recommend and will book with Alex again.

It's very helpful to know whether or not your dog is crate trained for the few times that we might be away from home running errands. We also need to know whether or not your dog has experience with children as our one year old is very curious about dogs.
A typical day
We have a small private trail system behind our house to provide your dog with plenty of exercise for both their body and nose! They can expect plenty of attention from our daughter as well who is infatuated with dogs. Night time routine will include treats (if allowed), more play time between our Lab Kiwi and your pup if they aren't already tuckered out from all the fun they've already had all day.
