Alex and the team at Szegi are great. They took wonderful care of Ronald. They provided regular photo and video updates, and even let Ronald try out their agility course. We will definitely be back soon.

I usually don’t leave people a negative review but I have to this time because I want people to be aware of what kind of service they provide. I had asked Alex to meet and greet with our dog due to his history of anxiety with place change. She made me feel so comfortable that they are professional trainers and know how to handle the dogs with anxiety. We dropped Oreo at their place at 6:30 pm and at 6:58 pm we received a call from them asking us to pick him back as they were not able to make him go in the crate. We picked Oreo right away. We had bought tickets for some games and had booked hotel. We had to cancel our trip and we’re not able to sell the tickets back. This was a big loss for us. But the thing that hurt me most was she changes the date from 2 night to one night and charged us for one day. I was shocked how people spam these days. They had him for 30 mins but had guts to charge us for 24 hours. We spoke to Rover but their reply was the client had kept the booking for 1 day. I am so disappointed how can people sleep knowing the truth. I leave their karma to God and hoping one day they will get the fruit of it. 60$ is nothing for me it’s the lying that bothers me.
