Alex was very quick to respond to questions or concerns however, we booked 3 visits per day and we noticed only through our in home security system that she was only making it for two visits. When I asked she said she was too afraid to speak up that she had missed those visits. If we had not noticed, we would have still been charged. We also noticed on the security camera that the dogs had gotten into the trash. Alex texted and asked where new trash bags were because the trash was full, not that they had gotten into the trash. If the dogs had eaten something harmful, I wouldn't have known about the incident, had we not looked on the security system. This all made for a very stressful trip away. Alex is very sweet but because she was not honest with us up front about potentially harmful incidents and being over charged, we will unfortunately not be booking with her again.

Alex was a great sitter! She gave me updates and let me know how it went after she was done with her check-ins. Alex even watered my vegetable garden for me! I will definitely be using her services again. You would not be disappointed to hire Alex for your dog sitting needs.
