Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs my whole life and have had of my own most of my adult life. I have experience caring for dogs of all breeds and ages in various settings. I have a very open schedule! I am home week days and weekends and am very flexible for various times that I may be needed. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a big fenced in back yard that offers shade and sun. I have one cat and one dog who get a long great and are considered a part the family. I will also treat your pet with same love and respect and put their well being and safety first.

Alex did a great job watching my dog. She provides a cozy inside environment as well as a fenced area for outdoor time. I really liked the pictures, and communication from Alex during the stay.
Alex just loves dogs! My 10 month old Silver Lab played with her dog Piper & a visiting dog, Opie for the day & Alex was very attentive. She sent me pics & even a video. When I picked up my dog, all 3 dogs were tired out and chewing on bones she bought for them. Great dog sitter!
Alex was great with our furbabies. She took plenty of time and sent us pics to let us know they settled in. Her communications before and during the engagement was fantastic. Thank you, so much!
Alex has been our dog sitter for at least eight years. She’s always been there when we need her and our dogs LOVE her! She has been there to come let them out or feed them if we need her, as well as stay at our house while on vacation several times. It puts our mind at ease knowing that our fur babies are in good hands.

I have a fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood as well as a semi large crate (if you’re more comfortable with that) as well as a friendly 2 yr old did to keep your pup company. I also have leashes, harnesses and life jackets for any outdoor activity we may get in to. If I am in your home I will work with you to find a safety plan we’re all comfortable with.

A typical day
As much as love lazy snuggles on the couch with my dog and other dogs I love getting out and providing a fun, safe and active outing for them as well. I’m very familiar with a lot of nature trail/preserves in the area, very comfortable walking downtown in a more populated setting and swimming is a favorite pass time.

Availability
As a dog and cat owner pet care is a never ending part of my life. Having a cat is pretty low main ten episodes but I always ensure that she is fed and clean. Caring for my dog includes feeding twice a day, snuggling, playing and exercising to her need that day. Whether that’s playing the back yard and playing with toys or going out for walks and excursions. You can expect the same care and time put into your pets while in my care.
