We had a schedule for 12/05 at 12:30, but my wife forgot to tell me (she was out of town). I asked him to wait until I arrived at 12:44. I apologized, he promptly took the dog, but was obviously upset & had an attitude. I'm not sure why, as he would get paid no matter what. At 12:58, my dog came running into my office. He just let her in the office and left. No contact with any human. Then I get a report that he walked the dog from 12:36 to 1:16 (40 min.) for a total of 4.6 miles! The actual walk was obviously a max of 10 or 12 minutes. It's my job to watch the clock, so there's no arguing this timeframe. Why be dishonest and give an attitude when you get paid no matter what? We won't be back.

Alex was awesome and helped me get the pups out at my work while I had a day in the field. One of my pups needs medication, and he had no problem helping with that as well! Super appreciated his kindness!
