Alex was very nice and responsive throughout the whole process. Luna seemed to have enjoyed herself with his pup (which says a lot cause she’s a picky girl with other dogs). I have two main complaints. One was I had to ask for updates every few days. I told him in the beginning, and in a message while I was away, that i would like updates and pictures/videos randomly throughout the stay. I had to go asking for them. The second was over-feeding. I wrote down instructions of how many cups of food to give a day. When I dropped Luna off I showed Alex the scoop and where it says one cup on it and that is how many she gets. When picking her up she looked heavy. Looking at her dog food bin, she ate a whole brand new bag, that lasts 5 weeks, in a matter of 2 weeks. Good thing is she doesn’t have any major health issues. I might use Alex again since he’s so nice and she gets along well with him but definitely need to make things more clear.
