Alex and Chepi are awesome!! Alex lives in the neighborhood and anytime we stop for Walter and her pup Chepi to get their sniffs and hellos in, I always appreciate how sweet she is with Walter so I was very happy that Alex decided to join Rover! Walter loves humans and it is really important to me that those who care for him will have the time to engage with him but in many of my previous experiences with Rover Sitters, I trusted that they would keep Walter safe but I could tell that they didn't play or interact with him much. Walter has hearts in eyes when he sees Alex and Chepi and when I picked him up I could tell that she cared for him as if he was her own. This is exactly what I have been searching for and feel so fortunate to have found her:)
Alex was really kind and caring with my dog Odin. She sent me pics and video while she boarded him for the first time and genuinely loves dogs! I felt very comfortable having her take care of him since she is an experienced and responsible person. She is easy going and very responsive through texts. Will definitely want to have my dog stay with her again in the future!
Alex took care of my dog Pash for 2 days when I went out of town. She gave me regular updates about him and made him comfortable when we left him. Pash looked happy and comfortable with her in videos and was also well fed. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for dog boarding.
Alex was wonderful with my two cats while I was traveling. She paid much more attention to them and watched over them much more carefully than other pet sitters I have utilized in the past. I will definitely hire Alex again next time I need to travel.

My apartment has its own entrance and garden on a quiet street. I can leave the front door open with a baby gate so they can watch the garden. I have an extra 24” crate if your dog would like some down time. ****Because I live in a quiet apartment, I am unable to accept vocal dogs beyond the occasional - barking or whining - or aggressive dogs. I cannot take super high-energy or working dogs.****
Home
Information Alex P. would like to know about your pet
what makes your dog happy and feel safe (and vice versa)? It would be also be good to know how frequently your dog needs to go out, feeding, etc. How is your dog on a leash? With squirrels and other distractions? It’s unlikely that your dog will be left alone and definitely not for longer than an hour or two, but I would like to know about any separation anxiety issues or other behavior quirks.
A typical day
If it’s during the week, I’ll be able to provide constant supervision, potty breaks/short walks, and lots of playtime with my dog, Chepi. We have lots of toys, balls, and play games. ****Because I live in an apartment, I am unable to accept very vocal dogs/barkers or aggressive dogs. I cannot take super high-energy or working dogs.****

Availability
If I’m available during the week, I’m working from home and will be able to be with your dog all day, from 7:30am onward. I’m also available some weekends.
