My pup River and I love dogs of all shapes and sizes and are constantly looking to grow our pack and make new friends. River was a wild puppy who has matured into a well-mannered 7 year old through lots of training and hard work (Canine Good Citizen Certified), and we enjoy helping other dogs along their own obedience pathways. We like to meet dogs where they are at and try to help them be their most comfortable, happiest selves! If a dog is nervous, I will move slowly and demonstrate to them that I am a trustworthy friend. If a dog is a mess of energy, we will exercise it out of them! Every dog has different wants and needs and I find joy in figuring out what those are and forging meaningful bonds. I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and most temperaments. Oftentimes, the more “challenging” dogs, as advertised by their owners, are the most fun ones to win over, even if it takes time. I just love dogs! River and I look forward to getting to know your dog's unique personality. My partner and I both work full-time from home, so we have a lot of flexibility. We have a fully fenced backyard with a dog-door that can be open or closed depending on your desire. River and I spend every day together and we are looking forward to adding your pup to the mix! When leaving the house, I am totally comfortable with crating dogs if they have been crate-trained. I like to adapt my services to the dog, so whatever works best for them!
