Having grown up with dogs, cats, and lizards has instilled in me a love for all animals big and small! I will do my best to connect with your furry family member and tailor to their every need while they are in my care. I would describe myself as being quick on my feet and caring for pets in any situation.I have had to deal with traumatic situations when dogs were overly aggressive dogs attacked another dog, I have also been in settings where we used water safty skills for pets. Generally, I am a gental giant but am not affraid use my stength to lift a large heavy dog if needed. My old german shepard had crippling hip dysplasia that required me to help her with stairs. As a former boy scout I was taught to always leave a place better than I found it. I ensure that as I enter you pets safe space I will treat it will respect and care as I watch your dog from home. I work from home which gives me plenty of time to spend with your animal. I have my own pup a walk in the morning or play fetch with him when he gets up in the morning. I then have the availability to let him out several more times in the day during breaks to ensure he is comfortable. I have a backyard that is not fenced in so I am confortable talking your dog out on a leash every time they need to go. I and also have plenty of space for their crates, pet beds, or any toys that they may bring.
