Alex is really friendly, very communicative and my cat obviously loved her :)

Alex was really friendly and communicative. I have come back to one happy cat :)

Alex was very professional and great with our cat. She sent us pictures on each visit and communicated really well. We felt very safe and reassured with Alex visiting our cat and being in our home.

Alex was great and kept us updated with pictures at each visit. Maya is an outdoor cat 50% of the time and Alex kept a cool head when Maya decided to stay out for a few extra days, which we really appreciated! Maya is a nervous cat around new people and Alex clearly earned her trust and they bonded over the week. Thanks a lot Alex!

This was the first time I'd used Cat in a Flat and Alex was great. She came to meet Shuri before hand and checked details with me before I left. Shuri can be a little shy, but Alex gave her the space she needed and she soon warmed up. I had daily photos and videos of Shuri while I was away and came home to a happy cat. Will definitely use again!

Alex was a very attentive cat sitter checking in with me and ensuring Pudding was well looked after in my absence. I would highly recommend and would be very happy to have her cat sit again!
