Hi 🤍 My name is Alex and I call myself a professional critter sitter! Get to know me and my love for animals! Well-versed in animal care of all varieties! The household includes: one dog, one cat, and one bunny. The property includes: 200+ Black Angus Cattle, three horses, one pony, ten goats, 14 chickens, 8 ducks, and one pig. I have been entrusted by friends and clients in multiple states to care for their livestock and critters and hope to eventually do so full-time! No matter the animal, I’m confident I have the experience and patience to provide excellent care for your beloved companion! My home is perfectly set up for animal care complete with a doggie back deck, 3 fenced dog lots to use as needed, acres on end for leashed or open walks, and an easy-to-clean hospice room for older companions if necessary. My house includes a safe sectioned-off play area as well. ✨Boarding: I accept up to three pups at a time. This means dogs staying at my home will likely have a playmate or two during their stay. I pay close attention to temperaments and behavior and can separate dogs if they do not get along. If you want your dog to be the only one at my home I do consider those requests for an additional fee and if booked far enough in advance. I also accept boarding requests for animals other than cats and dogs. Due to running my own mini zoo at my home, it’s difficult for me to be there full-time, though, along with my job. If you’re interested in becoming a house sit client please reach out and I’m willing to come by and discuss your needs. My 3.5-year-old daughter will be assisting me with house-sitting as well! ✨Drop-In Visits: Because I usually have dogs and other animals in my home I usually only do 2-3 drop-ins a day. If you need more than 3, please message me to discuss your needs and I can do my best to make it work. I do not bring my dogs to drop-ins, so that time is strictly for your pets only. ✨Doggy Daycare: We all dread leaving our pets inside during a long work week and I’m here to help! There is nothing I love more than happy pets and a day at my house usually does just the trick! Space to run, smells to sniff, water to play in, and friends to do it all with! If you’d like your pet to come over but don’t have the time to drop them off, message me about pickup info. ✨Dog Walking: My beautiful daughter and I love dog walking or park playing, message me for more information as we would love to exercise your companion! ✨Meet & Greet: I generally require a meet and greet for new clients prior to booking. A meet and greet typically lasts 15 minutes. This is a complimentary service to ensure pets and their owners are completely comfortable! If the request is for boarding or daycare the meet and greet is held at my home. If the request is a drop-in or house sitting the meet and greet is held at your home. I’m very flexible with when as long as it’s before the requested start date. I’m currently working as a social media and website coordinator from an office locally from 8-4:30 M-F, but with the flexibility to be able to make my dreams come true. I want to dedicate my time to providing animal care, so I am continuing to take on more clients! We live on a large farm property. Additionally, we have separate fenced backyard lots for dogs that they can enjoy at any time! I have 5 available horse stalls in my barn as well for larger animal needs or the safety of outdoor boarding in case of storms.
