Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and cats, and I love taking care of their needs and making them happy. I have 6 years of professional pet care experience; notably with anxious, reactive and/or aggressive dogs. If your dog has a behavior intervention plan, I am happy to learn and apply those strategies during my time with them.

Very reliable, accomodating, nice guy. Both of my dogs took to him immediately. He showed up at the same time every day and gave them great walks. Will absolutely use again.
Alex has been so great with my pups! Very attentive and asks all the right questions. He even last minute came over in the evening for an hour long visit when I wasn’t feeling well! I’m continuing to use his services for as long as I’m in town :)

I cannot provide boarding or pet care at my home. I will travel to clients home and provide all the care they need. For outdoor time, I will take them out in the yard, into the neighborhood, or I can safely load them into my car and take them to a park. I can also provide travel to and from vet visits. For overnight stays we would stay in the client's home.

A typical day
We will be going on walks to explore the neighborhood and any parks nearby. We will be having off-leash playtime either indoors or in a fenced yard if available. Mental stimulation and enrichment is key!

Availability
I balance a career as a pet caretaker and a musician. I try to reserve later afternoons and evenings for music playing and teaching, and I reserve mornings and early afternoons for pet care. I'm typically available for walks/visits M-F 8am-3pm. I also offer overnight stays dependent on availability.
