Excellent!! The decision to board our dog was literally last minute during Christmas and Alex came through with flying colors! He was extremely responsible and contacted me right away that he was available after school as we were ready to travel out as our travel plans had changed. Upon arrival to Alex' s home, we were instantly comforted that our little one will be happy and comfortable! And he was because he had two other similar sized puppies to play with. Alex, a teenager, also had wonderful supporting parents. He even sent us pictures as well as texted us pictures. Our trip was a great success primarily due to comfort level that our pet was indeed in "good hands"!
