3 Years of working with puppies - specializing in socialization and behavior. Family friends relied on me to watch over their dogs, feed, and walk their pets. Alex consistently goes above and beyond caring for our teenage puppy! He’s going through adolescent phases and starts to have fear aggression barking. Alex always makes sure to follow what we do training wise to correct the behavior, but also offers great suggestions and recommendations. Just small example how she’s so invested to provide the best care possible. We truly appreciate her taking care of Hugo!
Alex was wonderful with our dog who loves attention. She kept her engaged with games, walks and lots of love. Got multiple updates from her everyday with photos and videos. Will definitely be booking again with Alex!

I will follow as closely as possible to dog's daily routine, from walk times to bed times. If the dog has some fearfulness, I will take alternate routes to ensure the dog is safe and away from other dogs/people. I am positive reinforcement based, and will use treats often to redirect/reinforce calm behaviors when at the home and out on walks. If anything goes wrong, I will contact client immediately.

As I have a background in puppy behavior, if your pup is particularly nervous or shy, I will work slowly with them and feel out what's most comfortable. If we are out on walks, I will chose alternate routes that still get their walk in without potential stressors. Your dog's safety and comfort are my priority!
A typical day
As I am still learning the neighborhood, your pup and I will explore safely around the blocks so that they get their needs met in play and exercise! If they're on the younger or puppy side and aren't a huge fan of walks/can't walk yet, they will receive a lot of enrichment activities in my home and in the yard. I will see to that your pup enjoys hanging out and gets lots of pets! Also, pictures!
