Hello! Please note that as of November 1st I have a full schedule for walks and drop-ins and am not accepting new clients at this time. Thank you! I'm Alex and I would love to meet and care for your dog! I've loved dogs all my life and grew up around a variety of breeds in my family. I was also mama to a wonderful pitbull mix named Opie, who we loved to pieces! I'm a wedding photographer, so I am routinely busy on weekends during the summer months, but on weekdays and weekends - especially during the fall and winter - I have lots of time left to love on and care for some pups :-) My home in Shoreline has a fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run with a great deck to lay out on the sun in. I love dogs of all breeds and sizes and enjoy getting to know each personality. I have experience working with reactive dogs and strong breed dogs and would love to answer any questions for you. I know that leaving your dog with someone you know and trust is important and I will do everything possible to ensure your dog has a great experience with me.

Winston loves Alex SOOOOO much! I wasn't sure how he would react to having anyone but me walk him but he sure took to her. I highly recommend Alex - she asked all the right questions and I knew Winston was in good hands.

Alex responded immediately each time I contacted her. Although I have yet to meet her, she was very friendly and accommodating via phone. She was straightforward regarding her service area and ended up spending extra time with my puppy. She provided a detailed description of all the fun they had and took several pictures. My puppy was in good spirits when I returned despite me being away so long and all was as I had left it. Would love to use her services again!
Alex was SO wonderful! She took great care of my elderly kitty. She went above and beyond and did our dumpsters, got our mail, even washed Lola's water fountain. I loved the daily updates and pictures. She is the only one I'll have take care of Lola in the future.

I would love to know if your dog has a history of reactivity to stimulus like other dogs, certain people, bikes, joggers, etc. so that I can aim to keep him or her in a more calm environment during our walk. I personally adore bully breed dogs in particular but love dogs of all breeds.
A typical day
We can stay in your neighborhood or go to a preferred park close by. I can come with treats so that we can work on training skills like leave it, heel, touch, stay, or whatever else you may be working on at home with your dog.
