Pet care experience
I have owned and participated in the loving care of dogs, cats, horses, an emu, chickens, cows, cockatoos and a wealth of other animals. I even had a brief stint working at Southwick’s Zoo in Massachusetts. I love all animals and have a good sense for what they need and what they are feeling. I am back in college and figured making more animal friends is the best part time gig possible. I currently live with one dog, Abbey, and two cat brothers, Gus and Simon.

Alex took excellent care of our dogs and house as usual! Communication was awesome and we are so impressed by the care that Alex takes with our babies! We are thankful to be able to travel stress-free because Alex is so trustworthy!
Alex is responsive, communicative, kind, thorough, and engaged with our cats very well. He followed our guideline requests for the cats’ care, asked engaged questions, and played with them so kindly. We appreciated the photo and narrative updates -they made us feel connected to what was going on at home while we were gone. Just a great pro!
Alex is fantastic! We booked for a longer trip this time, and were so thankful to know our pups were well taken care of. He went above and beyond with every detail of their care. He even helped us out with new tricks we learned from the trainer, and our dogs are even better than when we left!
Alex was great. He has an easy-going personality and connected very well with my cat. Alex was able to give meds (tablets) to my cat. His experience with animals is very apparent.

A typical day
Going for walks, playing with some favorite toys, exploring, hiking, running, dog parks, beaches- anything fun happening outdoors, I am going to enjoy just as much as the animals!

Availability
I’m currently enrolled in a part time college course, my classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday. I’m available on these days in the evenings by special arrangement, and throughout the rest of the week in its entirety. I look forward to providing loving personalized attention to your furry (or otherwise shodden) friends!
