Pet care experience
Up until moving to Seattle 4 years ago, I had spent my entire life with pups and pets of all shapes and sizes. From German Shepherds and Miniature Pinschers, to bunnies and ducks, I’ve raised and loved them all. Growing up with pets, I also understand that they are as much a part of your family as anyone else, and I will treat them with the utmost care, respect, and attention. I am equal parts active and homebody, so whether your furry family members are inclined to go running along the waterfront or cuddle up on the couch, they will be in good company. Although I’m relatively new to Rover.com, I’ve been a dog-sitter and house-sitter for friends and acquaintances for years, and I’m excited for the opportunity to meet you and your sweet pup!

Alex was patient, asked all the right questions, showed up on time, communicated well and took care of our pups! What more could you ask for? We invited Alex into our home to spend the weekend with our two dogs, and the littermate for our youngest dog while we were out of town for the weekend. The three of them are rambunctious and fun, and Alex handled it with aplomb. She was considerate of our home and was better than most guests. I would highly recommend Alex for your pet sitting/walking needs.
Alex was so great with our pups. We came back to happy and healthy kiddos. She sent updates and adorable photos (including one that we are certain is magazine cover material). We are so happy to have found someone we trust with our four-legged kids!
Alex was a great house sitter and dog walker for our trip away! Our dog needed some last minute medical attention right before she stayed with us and Alex jumped on board with making sure his medicines were administered while we were gone. Our dog is a senior pitbull and she walked him well and he seemed very happy when we returned. She stayed in contact with us about his medicine needs and left us feeling confident that he was taken care of while we were away. We would definitely use Alex again!
