Alex was great with Sunny. Sunny is a very shy dog and can be anxious, but she did well with Alex. It was a one day booking and he sent a picture with Sunny. I was happy with his professional attitude and have already booked him for a 9 day booking.

Alex is a total gem. He is sharp, detail-oriented, respectful, professional, and on it in every way with animals. I have 2 older animals, a large dog and a small cat who have been in a bit of crisis. My dog has lymphoma and my cat had just been in the hospital with an upset stomach, possible kidney or liver damage. And I had a 5 day trip out of the country. I gave Alex a ton of information on each animal, both of whom needed careful attention, one of whom needed a lot of supplements. He was so careful to follow all the directions and he kept them happy, comforted, and provided for every minute I was away. He also figured out how to keep my cat eating on her own and then taught me. I was able to get away without worry, knowing they were in the best of hands. Also, he kept me steadily updated on how they were doing and how he was walking with them. It is very clear Alex knows and loves animals and has a heart to serve people well.
