My husband and I have so much confidence in Alex - primarily because of the professionalism that she demonstrated from day #1. She was immediately responsive to our need for a pet sitter, timely in her replies and true to her commitments. She shows up when she says she will, which seems like such a rarity nowadays. Alex also cares for our fur babies just as we would. Upon meeting our dog and three cats, not one of them scurried to hide or seemed intimidated in the least. In fact, they were very curious about Alex and happy to meet her. Two of our cats presented their bellies which is huge!! Alex also provided daily updates about how each of our furry children were doing, along with delightful photos and videos. It gave us such peace of mind to know that they were in capable, compassionate hands and even relief to know that in the future, we will be able to finally go out of town with the knowledge that our precious animals will be watched after with love.

Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts about Alex H's capabilities in pet care. Alex has been our nanny and pet sitter for 1 1/2 years. They are able to give patient and loving direction and care to pets and children alike, providing training and reinforcement as needed. They are especially good with the extra frisky friends for which we are grateful because my dog is very "frisky"! They are very tuned in to safety and I always feel secure leaving my four legged family with Alex. Alex gives meds daily and is diligent in managing the medical needs of our family.
